The SendStudio e-mail marketing software has now evolved to Interspire Email Marketer, which offers new and upgraded features. Developed by Interspire, this web-based email marketing and autoresponder software allows businesses, web host providers and digital agencies to create, send and track effective marketing campaigns to boost their markets.

Interspire is ideal for businesses that need to generate leads, contacts and customers through email campaigns, newsletters, and promotions. The software was also developed for web hosting providers to enable them to handle contacts and users by the millions and send fast emails using the optimized MTA. It also has specially-designed features for digital agencies who want to offer affordable private email marketing solutions to their clients.

Feature Set:

SendStudio’s newer version has more advanced email marketing features that include the split tests that enable you to determine which email campaign brings out the best results based on open and click-through rates; the trigger feature that allows you to send birthday, anniversary reminders or promotional emails and move contacts when your email is opened or your link is clicked; and the automatic event logging feature that automatically logs a contact’s action under their profile, whether receiving or opening a campaign or clicking a link to your email. It also allows you to log events like phone calls or meetings with your contacts. Follow-up reminders can also be added through the software to your Google Calendar automatically.

Ease of Use:

Interspire’s hosted edition does not have any requirements. Users can choose a plan, log-in and can create their email campaigns and autoresponders right away. The downloadable edition, on the other hand, is simple to install and the PHP web server script can be easily configured. They also offer professional installation service if needed. Interspire Email Marketer can be utilized by users who may not have much of a technical background. Users, by the way, need to access to Cron on their default web server or Scheduled Tasks on Windows to use the autoresponders. To process bounced emails, their PHP version needs to be accessed to the imap_xxx functions.

Email Campaign Creation:

Interspire Email Marketer provides several unique tools to help you create your email campaign. Interspire’s templates have been tested to work in popular email clients like Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail and Outlook. This allows your contacts to view your email messages exactly the way you want it to be seen. You can also use your own customized templates or personalize your email.

It has a WYS/WYG editor to enable you to modify your campaigns, format the text, upload and insert images and add links. You can also upload your email campaign content from your computer or import it from a webpage. What’s more, Interspire has unlimited free image hosting so you can upload as many images as you prefer.

Other email campaign features of Interspire include the pop-up and inbox preview, the advanced HTML editing tool and the RSS archive for your sent emails.

Campaign Reporting:

Interspire gives you an accurate email open rate reporting and link-click tracking of the number of people who opened your email and when. The statistics are represented in a bar chart or data table. Reports can be based on a weekly, monthly or yearly or even a custom date range.

This program is also integrated with Google Analytics, thus your details and tracking code will be added to all links in your email. The email bounce tracking feature allows you to view and handle bounced emails, the date and reason for bounced emails. Interspire also includes unsubscribe statistics per email campaign that you send and the details of everyone who unsubscribed and its rate relative to your open and bounce rates. Interspire also has a forward-to-a-friend feature that gives you details of prospects who forwarded your email.

Help/Support:

Users can search for answers to common questions by using the support portal system. Interspire’s website also provides a client area where they can access product downloads, generate license keys or submit support tickets. Other helpful support tools for Interspire users include installation guides, user guides, FAQ’s, knowledge base, upgrade guides, tutorial videos, release notes and changelogs, featured requests, and community forums.
Summary:
The new version of SendStudio has completely modified core sending modules, a new filter system that allows you to filter respondents based on custom fields. The scheduler is also one of its best added features which enable you to schedule emailing without having to open your browser. The service ranks superb with its improved statistics and reporting, bulk subscriber reports and new custom fields type. By far, Interspire’s current features are outstanding and usability rates are excellent.
