iContact allows you to generate an email campaign in quick and simple steps. You You‘ll be at ease in tracking the performance of your email blasts with iContact’s charts and graphs available in real time. You can also utilize your own company templates or use iContact’s professionally designed email newsletter templates for your email marketing campaigns. Other unique features include options to create surveys, autoreponders and RSS feeds that allow you to effectively track customer feedbacks. Generally, iContact can meet anyone’s expectations with regard to efficiency and deliverability.

Feature Set:

Two of iContact’s outstanding features are the survey and autoresponder generators. The survey generator allows you to create your own marketing surveys and the autoresponder feature then enables you to automatically send email responses. Although iContact undoubtedly has great email creation sections, the service falls short of its capacity for image hosting. The .5 MB space should be sufficient for a few logos and stock photos but apparently, it tends to be used up quickly.

iContact will create an email campaign in three easy steps. Some unique features include the option to create surveys and an autoresponder, so your customers will never feel neglected. Overall, iContact is the best in the business; however, we would like to see them take their reporting features above and beyond by including conversion tracking and integrate with Google Analytics.

iContact has some great features but it is expensive if you have a large list. It is ideal for small businesses with under 2,500 contacts. Above this amount it is hard to justify the cost unless their special features are converting to sales (Using iContact with lists larger than 2,500 is only recommended if you are an experienced marketer).

What also surprised me was that iContact was not only an auto responder, it was also a survey creator. That’s right, you can make custom surveys for your site. This is incredibly powerful because you are able to get direct feedback from your customers. You can use it to make your product or service better or you can use it to ask your customers about their overall experience on your site.You don’t have to put in your credit card, so it’s definitely a free trial.
